Fresh Air started serving the West County area in 1987. Operating out of
Meg and Mike Sinn’s home and a rented garage for sheet metal fabrication, together they worked to grow their company.
As business grew from referrals, they moved to Chesterfield Valley when there were only three restaurants! The flood of 1993 moved them temporarily to Ellisville. Since 1994 the office and shop have been in Chesterfield Valley on Edison Avenue across from the Spirit of St. Louis Airport runway.
In 2003, the Sinns made the decision to merge with Weinrich Heating Co. They brought in sons,
Pat and Tim Sinn to help with sales management. Since that time, they have added two more children to the business;
Katie and Kevin Sinn. Fresh Air-Weinrich has continued to experience tremendous growth and has remained on the leading edge of the industry.
