As a PSA valued customer:
- You become a top priority for Fresh Air-Weinrich, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
- You will not be charged overtime rates until after 7 Monday-Friday and after 2 on Saturday.
- You get a complete check of your system, twice a year -- once for your air conditioner, once for your heating system.
- You have a written service record of the services performed on your system.
- You receive a 15% discount on service parts and labor.
- You get our word that we stand behind every repair we make. We will do whatever it takes to make it right with you!
- You receive a 5% discount on the purchases of new equipment.
- The factory provides a year labor covered with new equipment, but by maintaining and keeping a PSA we will extend that labor warranty for up to 5 years.
